Partnerships for lasting change
We have more than 100 partners in business and the public sector. We choose organisations that we believe are serious about leadership and have the potential to make a positive contribution to a sustainable future.  Senior management commitment is also critical to success, as is the ability to be open to new thinking and new ideas.

At the heart of all of our partnerships is a tailored work programme, which aims to hardwire sustainability thinking into an organisation, from strategy to the design of goods and services. We work closely with senior managers from all functions to ensure that key decision-makers support and drive the necessary change. We see ourselves as ‘critical friends’ who support, challenge and advise our partners on how to move their organisation towards becoming a sustainable and successful enterprise. 

To make sure our partnerships deliver significant change, we set transformation targets – demanding standards for the outcome of the partnership - with all our partners.  These targets help us focus our work, evaluate performance, capture success stories and understand what we could do better.
