'Innovation for Sustainable Development' is our first project funded by the Business Futures Fund, supported by our Foundation Corporate Partners.

The paper argues that in order for organisations and society to hit proposed social goals and environmental targets, more and better innovation is needed.

The report contains:

A brief introduction, after which part one offer a typology of sustainable innovation and how it is integrated into innovation processes.
An in depth analysis of the barriers to sustainable innovation - including in the box-thinking, techno-led innovation, short-termism and lack of market demand.
