Exhibition exposes climate change in the UK
An ancient book in the library of Blickling Hall bears the munching marks of a death-watch beetle. Wiped out by sustained frost in the past, the insect now survives the Norfolk winter, keeping a 200-strong team of conservators and volunteers busy removing eggs each year.
This thought-provoking photography was commissioned by the National Trust and Magnum Photos to illustrate how our climate is touching aspects of life on our island. See the ‘Exposed!’ exhibition for free as it tours Britain from May.
