Brilliant! Bob the Builder goes green - the best news yet for getting the next generation fired up about sustainable construction. As recently seen in the children’s TV series, Bob won the tender for a planned new town in Sunflower Valley, the scene of his own fond rural memories, thanks to the environmental sensitivity of his design approach, his emphasis on using local materials, and even the incorporation of a wind turbine to provide renewable power. This Christmas, follow-up merchandise from toymakers Born To Play will let kids act out their hero’s eco-vision - though the main attraction for the kids will surely still be the Scoop the digger.
